At Gage, we have place earnest significance to our grantees that are consistent with our operating values and that inspire meaningful, supportive or problem-solving solutions for a local community, cause or the cannabis industry at large.
Grantees will be selected on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis. Gage’s review of any grantee applicant may be subject to certain criteria based on its purpose, use and regulatory and/or community considerations. By applying to Gage for a grant, you agree:
- Not to represent your identity, or provide any false information for its intended use;
- Not to take any action, or misappropriate any grant funds for an unlawful act;
- Not to submit any information that could reasonably construed as obscene, indecent, threatening or defamatory;
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All decisions to grant, partially grant or deny grant applications are subject to the sole discretion of Gage. Gage offers absolutely no guaranty or assurance that any particular grant application will be funded or even partially funded. If a decision is made to fund or partially fund your request for a grant, Gage will cause to have a formal agreement, along with its terms and conditions, executed prior to any submittal of grant funds. Grantee agrees that it will use grant funds only for the purposes and activities specified in its grant application. Gage may require post-funding verification or reporting requirements pursuant to the acceptance of any grant application.
Gage shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental, loss of profits or revenue, or loss of use related to any use of grant funds, or Gage’s decision to not accept any application for a request for a grant.
